Bainbridge FC GU13 Azzurri won their state league with a perfect record of 10-0-0.

The Bainbridge GU13 Azzurri team had a juggling competition during the month of September. Coach Phil Avison was delighted to see the great improvements from everyone. The winner of the competition was Kelly Coffyn with an amazing 1001 juggles. Kelly is pictuired with her great prize ... a signed soccer ball from our MLS team the Seattle Sounders !
The Bainbridge FC Azzurri team ran out of steam in the semi finals after an impressive run in bracket play.
An arduous schedule of 4 games in a short space to 26 hours. A 6-0 win, 0-0 tie, 2-0 win and 0-0 tie had Bainbridge FC winning their group with zero goals against.
The team lost 2-1 in semi final against Sun City Strikers.
Azzurri made an impressive run at Rimland Cup before bowing out at the semi final stage. The team beat PDL Spokane Shadow 1-0 on Friday in Bellingham.
They followed that up with a 1-0 over Legacy and a 3-0 win over PDL FC Alliance Gold on Saturday.
The team went out 2-0 to Emerald City Green on Sunday. Emerald City are PDL Tier 1.
Azzurri won their bracket well with 3 wins over strong competition.
A 3-2 over Saprissa was followed by a 2-0 win over PDL Blackhills FC.
The final bracket 2-0 win against host club Northwest united ensured that the team won their bracket with 27 points.
Bainbridge lost 1-0 in the final v PDL Evergreen Green.
The team will participate in Rimland Cup and Chinook Cup in August, before WSYSA leagues in the fall season.
