Bainbridge Island Youth Soccer Club

 The Bainbridge Island Youth Soccer Club (www.biysc.com) and Fields For Our Future (www.fieldsforourfuture.org) have recently announced that they are ready to commence construction this month (Jan 2009) on their project to renovate fields #4 and #5 at Battle Point Park on Bainbridge Island. Washington Youth Soccer (www.wsysa.com) was instrumental in making this renovation project possible by issuing a low-interest loan of $250,000 to the Bainbridge Island Youth Soccer Club for this specific field development project. We in District IV are appreciative of this support provided by Washington Youth Soccer as this project will give thousands of youth in Kitsap County and Washington State quality soccer-playing opportunities starting spring of 2009.
